PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Through workshops and professional development events, I intend to work closely with the Leadership Development Chairs and Committee to help students develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Being online has meant that many events run by the Leadership Development Committee, such as LinkedIn photoshoots, are no longer feasible in a virtual setting. I would like to collaborate with the Engineering Co-op & Career Services (ECCS), alongside the Leadership Development Committee, to plan more effective and engaging virtual workshops throughout the year.

I want to ensure that whether we're in person or online for the upcoming year, the Professional Development Conference is a success. Although it was unable to run for the past couple of years, I intend to work closely with the Leadership Development Committee to start planning the event early and provide students with the tools that they need to achieve their goals.
